One Library, Endless Best Practices
During my time at Devoteam, I took the initiative to create a Best Practices Library for the design team — bringing guidelines, design principles and practical UX/UI knowledge together in one structured Figma library.
Think of it as a designer’s treasure chest: filled with best practices, useful rules and practical design tricks, all organized and easy to access when needed.
The goal was simple: make everyday design work easier, improve consistency across projects and create a shared foundation that designers could learn from and build upon.
